Established in 2001, Siegman Associates, Inc. specializes in developing distinctive designs through a collaborative approach with its clients. Reflecting on the community and the context of place are the firm’s core inspirations. Its Architecture is alive to the subtleties of space – man-made or natural – and to the rich possibilities of materials and means of construction. We have applied green building practices and techniques for over a decade, and it continues to be a cornerstone of our practice today. Siegman Associates is dedicated to responsive and responsible architecture.

Elihu Siegman and Michael Silverman have many years of combined experience in a variety of large-scale products – commercial, residential and institutional. For over 20 years they have worked together on religious, educational, residential and mixed-use projects. Elihu is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Architecture. In addition to being principal designer of the firm’s residential and commercial projects, Elihu is the lead construction manager for the firm’s work.

Michael Silverman has been a design consultant to Siegman Associates from the firm’s inception and is currently Director of Design. Previously based in New York, Michael has been a Project Architect, Project Manager and Designer for numerous large-scale, mixed use projects in lower Manhattan. Michael and Elihu are long time friends, colleagues, and classmates; after graduation from University of Pennsylvania, they worked together for Design Build Associates in both Philadelphia and in Boone.
